May 21, 2015 Imagine going to grade school without crayons or bright colored paints and construction paper. That is the reality for children at St. Jude Primary School in Rubongi where children are lucky if they can find a pencil and paper to use in class. This reality inspired the Bellarmine Prep COFIA Club to hold an art and school supplies drive at their school to benefit the Rubongi students. Thanks to a partnership with Bellarmine Key Club, COFIA will also receive additional school supplies at the conclusion of the academic year. The supplies collected by the Bellarmine students will make a big difference to students at St. Judes.
